If you need to update or change the payment method on file for your monthly
Magic Key payments, here are the two options available:
- Phone: Call the Magic Key Holders support line at (714) 781-7277 to speak with a Cast Member.
- In-Person: Visit one of the ticket booths located in the Esplanade.
Bonus Tip: Summer is in full swing, and there are new
benefits that just began for Magic Key holders! Be sure to check out the
special summer offers at the Downtown Disney District. From exclusive cocktails to deep discounts, you will surely find something to add extra pixie dust to your park day!
