Hey-howdy-hey, Clarice! I'm glad you moseyed by planDisney with this question today; it really hit the bullseye. I'm a Florida resident and a
Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder, so I'd be happy to help you, partner. Let's look at how you can rustle up those rootin'-tootin' payments to keep your pass riding tall in the saddle.
The monthly payment plan for passes is an exclusive offering for Florida residents, and it sounds like that's what you have set up. Yee-haw! You probably have your payments linked to a debit or credit card because that's the only method permitted.
It sounds like you have a
Disney Gift Card you'd like to link to your plan, but I spoke with a cowpoke of a Cast Member who said gift cards cannot be used for your automatic monthly payments. I know that's not what you were hoping to hear, but I do have some good news.
You can stop by in person at any
Guest Relations location at the theme parks or Disney Springs and use your Disney Gift Card as an additional payment toward your annual pass. The monthly payment will still be charged to your credit card on file, and the extra amount will be applied to your balance.
And anytime you'd like to pay the balance of your pass, you can do so in person at Guest Relations with a Disney Gift Card or credit/debit card. Here's hoping you don't have to rob a stagecoach to pay off that pass!
Please call
Passholder Payment Services with any specific questions or concerns you still have; they can help you brainstorm options to keep your pass up to date and ready for magic!
Have you seen the
exclusive passholder tumbler with artwork by Joey Chou? It's on my list to pick up later this week. This colorful keepsake is available at several locations throughout the theme parks; it's the perfect way to stay hydrated in the Florida sun.
Clarice, when you're miles from your nice warm bed, just remember that you've got a friend in
planDisney! We're happy to lasso those answers for you.
Magic awaits,
Elaine
