Good evening, If someone were to purchase an annual pass on property the day of their arrival, is cash accepted at the ticket counter?

Greetings, Alixandra, and welcome to planDisney from a fellow Floridian! I'm so glad you stopped by on this first week of 2024. I became an Annual Passholder a couple of years ago, and I can't believe I waited so long! I'd love to be the first to welcome you to the passholder family. Let's look at how to secure that pass on your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort visit.

Cha-ching! I chatted with an orange-juice-loving Cast Member who said you can purchase an Annual Pass with cash at any Guest Relations location. If you plan to pay for the pass in full, you can use cash, a credit/debit card, and even a Disney Gift Card. As a Florida resident, you're eligible to make a down payment on the annual pass and set up a monthly payment plan. You would pay the down payment with cash and use a credit card to set up the monthly payments based on your balance. So you have some choices!

Remember to bring your valid proof of Florida residency if you plan to purchase the Disney Pixie Dust Pass or the Disney Pirate Pass. I have the Pixie Dust Pass and love the built-in perks like the ability to Park Hop. And the discounts on merchandise and promotions on Disney Resort Hotels are icing on the cake. I think you're going to love being a passholder. I feel so proud sporting my passholder magnets on my car!

Alixandra, I'm waving my fairy godmother wand so you can secure the pass you're dreaming of. Please stop by planDisney anytime. I'll be waiting by the Annual Passholder theme park entrance to welcome you!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
