Hey there, Mikala, and welcome to planDisney.
It looks like you're soaking up the magic of Walt Disney World, right at this very moment! I won't pretend I'm not a teensy bit jealous, but I do hope you're having a practically pixie-dusted day! Now,
theme park admission is usually a pretty important part of a Disney World vacation, and I'm sure you're anxious to hit the parks - so let's get straight to your question!
Mikala, Disney World tickets offer a fair amount of flexibility, so let's take a look at your options. It sounds like your tickets have already expired, but I still have some good news! Even if your tickets have expired, their
value will be retained. Even better? I confirmed with a Disney Cast Member that you can apply that value toward the purchase of your new tickets. To do so, call the
Non-Reservation Questions line to speak with a Disney Cast Member. Or, since you're already on-site in Disney World, visit
Guest Relations at any of the four theme parks or in Disney Springs. They'll help you purchase your tickets and get you on your magical way!
Now, one last thing before I go.
Cool KIDS' SUMMER is in full swing as we speak, so don't forget to check out all the fun it offers - like
Bluey's Wild World at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park,
Soarin' Across America at EPCOT, and the new
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets at Disney's Hollywood Studios. There's even a whole bunch of
sun-sational new snacks to try, like the Space Ranger Float from
Auntie Gravity's Galactic Goodies at Magic Kingdom Park.
I hope this helps, Mikala, and that your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth is full of memories and pixie dust! If you have any other questions during your stay (or as you plan your triumphant return!), you know
where to find me right here at planDisney.
See ya real soon,
Allison
