Welcome to planDisney, Ann! I'll be happy to help you with your ticket question today. I'm so sorry to hear your princess didn't have a magical time during your
Walt Disney World Resort visit. Let's look at steps you can take to find out your options.
My first suggestion is to call the
Tickets and Hotel Reservations line as soon as possible. They can see your account information and advise you on how to use those tickets in the future.
Most date-based tickets do expire, but if you speak to Guest Relations before the
end of their last use day, you can often apply the cost to a future visit. I'm wishing on an enchanted star that you can!
You can also check the expiration date by heading to the My Tickets & Passes tile in your
mobile app. Swipe through your admission and look for the validity window, typically beneath the ticket number. Since there are so many types of theme park tickets and
Special Offers, I'm not sure what the policy will be for your tickets, but the Ticket line Cast Members will be happy to look it up for you.
If you're still on your vacation, you can stop by any ticket window or
Guest Relations location for assistance. I love heading to the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs because I can also do some souvenir shopping at
World of Disney. And if I stop by
Gideon's Bakehouse as a little treat, who's to judge? That Peanut Butter Crunch cookie is calling my name...
Ann, I hope your sweet daughter feels better soon. And the silver lining might be a future Disney visit! Please
stop by planDisney anytime.
Magic awaits,
Elaine
