Ben,
Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!
I love
Disney's Beach Club Resort so much that on a recent trip, even though I was staying at
Disney's Pop Century Resort, I had to swing by the Beach Club just to explore around and get that vacation vibe!
So to your two questions, the coffee maker in the Beach Club rooms is, in fact, a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker. Disney equips the room with a nice selection of Joffrey's coffee and all the goodies you need to make that perfect cup of joe in the morning! As for the refrigerator, it is one of those mini-refrigerators big enough to store plenty of sodas, leftovers, and a few other treats. Please note that there is no freezer section, but it should be able to hold a half-gallon of milk, and possibly as much as a dozen sodas.
BOARDWALK BONUS TIPOpening sometime in 2024 on
Disney's BoardWalk will be the
Cake Bake Shop Bakery by Gwendolyn Rogers. You may say,
"Cake? Big Whoop?" But trust me, I live a quick 10-minute drive away from one of her shops here in Indiana, and it is a delicious indulgence!
BEACH CLUB BONUS TIPWhile the Stormalong Bay pool is famous for so many of its features, an often overlooked one is the youngster swimming area that is in the shipwreck by the resort beach. When you leave the main pool area and cross over the walking path to the shipwreck that serves as the launching point for the long water slide, there is a perfect pool for small children at the base of the ship.
DISNEY SKYLINER WARNINGFrom January 16, 2024, to January 21, 2024, the
Disney Skyliner will be undergoing a scheduled routine maintenance. Disney will provide bus service to
Disney's Hollywood Studios during that time.
Please feel free to
write me back directly if you have any follow-up questions.
Have a Magical Vacation!Doug
