Virtual Queue today!
Adriana, to join the Virtual Queue, all members of your party must be connected to your
Family & Friends List on your My Disney Experience account. When you go to join the Virtual Queue, you will first have to
confirm your party based on all eligible members of your Family & Friends List. You can do this step in advance to ensure everyone will be ready to go; if you noticed that members of your party were not linked this morning when you tried to join, you have a few options to correct this, and the great news is that you will have another opportunity at 1 PM EST to try and join a Virtual Queue again.
To verify everyone's account, first make sure you see all members of your travel party on your Family & Friends List; if you are missing anyone you are traveling with, send them a friend request and be sure that they accept the request on their account. To do this, click the three horizontal lines at the bottom right corner of your
My Disney Experience mobile app and then tap Profile. From here, tap Family & Friends List and verify your travel party. If you have connected plans already, they will show up at the top of your list under
We're Planning Together. To add a new guest, scroll to the bottom of the page and click
Add a Guest; you can then enter their name and age (you will need the email address associated with their My Disney Experience account) or search for them through your connected Guests if they are linked with others on your existing list.
Once everyone is connected, verify that everyone has valid park admission for the theme park where the attraction is, including
park reservations if required. To join the second queue opening at 1 PM, everyone will need to be inside the theme park where the attraction is located to be eligible to join.
Adriana, I hope this helps! One final suggestion I can offer is to visit with the
Guest Experiences Team inside the theme park if you're still having trouble connecting your party. These helpful Cast Members can be spotted under blue umbrellas in each of the theme parks and specialize in helping Guests navigate the mobile app for situations such as this one.
