    I am trying to connect my entire family through the app. Some of my family members are managed by someone else. Ive sent the invite but no one knows where the invit goes for them to accept it. Is there a way for the person who manages them to accept it?

    I'm so excited to hear that you'll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort with your family soon! I hope you're getting ready to make memories together that will last a lifetime, and I think it's a great idea to connect through your Family & Friends List before you arrive. This will help with all of your magical planning, from making your advance dining reservations to joining virtual queues

    Elizabeth, I have a few tips to help all of your Guests get connected! First, I'd recommend that everyone in your travel party makes a My Disney Experience account. When I had trouble linking with my invited Guests, the Cast Member let me know that this was the best first step! Then, share planning with the people whose plans you manage. This way, they will be able to view and co-manage their plans! To do this, head to your Family & Friends List and click "Update" next to a Guest's name that has "Profile managed by me" listed next to it. Then, click "Share Planning with..." and enter the email address associated with that person's My Disney Experience account. After this, this person can accept the Family & Friends invitation on their end! Of course, if you have any problems with the above steps, you can always call a friendly Cast Member. They'll be happy to help make sure all of your Donald Ducks are in a row before you arrive!

    I'd also suggest taking a little time to download and explore the My Disney Experience app. This app feels like holding your very own magic wand in your hand, allowing you to unlock everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer! When in the parks, you'll be able to check wait times for attractions, access virtual queues, and even mobile order food – my favorite! And if you have any other questions, please write to us again.
