Hello! My travel group is 11 people. If someone is okay with sitting out and NOT riding rides, are we able to book a VIP tour for ten of us? Could the 11th person still come to the parks and maybe walk around with us?

    Hi Jamie!

Walt Disney World VIP Tours are next level and will live as a core memory forever. My family took one last year and had an absolute blast not only riding rides but talking to our guide and getting a lot of behind-the-scenes insight into Disney World from her experience.

The rules for the number of people are strict as this determines transportation for pick up and between parks. There is a lot that goes into managing a group of more than 10 people and would be too much for one guide to manage. Even if you have a small infant with you, they count towards the 10-person maximum per guide. The 11th person would either need to sit the whole day out or you would need to pay for an additional guide to join your party. They also ask that people do not join you during the day and that the entire party be present at the beginning of your adventure.

These tours allow you to see so much in one day because you get direct transportation to the parks, bypass the standby lines, and even come in the back entrances at some parks. I recommend having an idea of which of the 4 theme parks you want to visit when you make your reservation so they can create a day tailored to maximizing what you want to see and do. We always have our tour finish at one of our favorite dinner locations in EPCOT like Le Cellier Steakhouse or La Hacienda de San Angel so we maximize our time in the theme parks and the clock for payment stops before our day does. EPCOT offers quick transportation back to most of the hotels and a fun nighttime vibe!

    Happy Planning
