Hi Brianna,
I am so excited that you are considering a
Private VIP Tour at Walt Disney World. We did one last March and it was such an amazing experience! I highly recommend this option if you want to maximize a day at Disney World. One of the best parts of this tour is that they pick you up at your hotel and take you straight to the back entrance or side entrance of most of the theme parks. You avoid not only the lines for rides but also the lines for theme park entry. You can also request the type of guide your family would vibe with best. For example, I chose a guide with a lot of experience who could talk about Disney World history with my family.
At this time, Disney's website lists prices for this tour within the range of $450 to $900 per hour depending on the season. You will also be responsible for the price of theme park tickets, food, and a tip for your guide on top of this fee. Each tour is required to last for at least 7 continuous hours. You can bring a maximum of 10 guests including young children on each tour without incurring extra fees. Exact pricing is only available when you call to book with Disney. Keep in mind that tours will typically be more expensive during holidays, school vacation times like Spring Break, and 3-day weekends. Prices will typically be lower midweek and during the off-peak season at Disney.
When you are ready to book your tour make sure that you have an idea of what theme parks you want to explore, your priority rides, and if you want to make stops for food because they can optimize and maximize your time for you if they have a little more information on what you are looking to accomplish. You will be surprised at how many things you can do when you have a Private VIP Tour Guide along with you. On our VIP tour, we were able to visit Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and EPCOT all in one day and ride everything we wanted to ride! I recommend starting your tour early and having it end at the location where you would like to eat dinner. They will arrange dining for you and drop you off at the dinner location where your tour officially ends and so does the clock on hourly rates. A good option is to end your tour in
EPCOT for a fabulous dinner followed by fireworks and
easy transportation back to your resort hotel on the monorail, Disney Skyliner, Friendship Boat, or bus.
Happy Planning
Jenna
