Hello, Ashley! Welcome to planDisney! Squeezing everything the
Walt Disney World Resort has to offer into your trip can be quite the challenge, but what better way to efficiently check out all four theme parks than booking a
Disney Private VIP Tour?
Some important information to know before booking Disney Private VIP Tours is that they can be booked up to 60 days in advance, can accommodate groups of up to 10 (including infants), must be booked for a minimum of seven (7) continuous hours, and all Guests must have valid park admission which is not included in the pricing. *The Park Hopper Option must be included if you would like your tour to include multiple theme parks.
To answer your question specifically, when booking your Private VIP Tour, you must provide a credit card to secure the reservation. 24 hours before the tour, your credit card will be charged for the total amount, so your tour will be paid in full before the tour takes place and your fiancé will be receiving the best surprise gift I could imagine at Disney World! Please know that if you were to cancel, it needs to be done more than 48 hours in advance or you will be required to pay a cancellation fee equal to two hours at the booked hourly rate.
If you are interested in other suggestions to surprise your fiancé with, I would take a look at some options from the
Enchanting Extras Collection such as the
Specialty Fireworks Cruise on the water of Seven Seas Lagoon to watch
Happily Ever After,
Magic Kingdom Fireworks Dessert Parties, or
Disney’s Keys to the Kingdom Tour, a five-hour walking history tour of the Magic Kingdom!
I hope this answers your question, Ashley! Please
ask me another question, if you need any additional help planning your upcoming visit or need more surprise recommendations to make your visit extra special!
Thanks,
Brent
