I have tickets and resort linked in mydisney experience app. How do I share the tickets with other family members phones? Do I have to set up MagicMobile and if so how do I do that? If this does not work do we have to buy magic bands

    Hiya, Catherine!

Oh boy! Can you believe you're only a couple of sleeps away from your magical trip to Walt Disney World Resort? Before you know it, you'll be enjoying some seasonal snacks or getting ready to hop on your favorite attraction! It sounds like you're getting all of your Donald Ducks in a row before you arrive, including setting up your My Disney Experience app. I'd love to help!

Disney MagicMobile is a great way to tap into the magic while you're at the parks! You will be able to make a Disney MagicMobile pass for anyone whose plans you manage in your My Disney Experience account. To do this, log into your My Disney Experience app and tap the three stacked lines ≡ in the bottom right corner. Then, tap the Disney MagicMobile tile. Here, you can make your own pass and passes for other Guests in your travel party! All you need to do is tap the plus icon in the upper right corner, select a Guest, and then select the desired pass style. Finally, tap "Add to Apple Wallet" to add to your wallet. Once you've created your passes, you should see them listed under "Your Passes." You can tap "Select Passes to Share," then select your desired passes and tap "Share via Messages." This makes it easy to send a message with a pass to another Guest!

If you're not able to share the passes with the other Guests in your travel party, I have a few more ideas for you. First, you can always stop by the front desk of your Disney Resorts Collection hotel or Guest Services and ask for a Key to the World Card for the Guests in your travel party. These cards should act just like a Disney MagicMobile pass or a MagicBand. Additionally, you could choose to purchase a MagicBand once you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort. Lastly, you can always call a Cast Member and explain your situation – they'll be happy to point you in the right direction!

    Wishing you the very merriest,
    Michelle
