Hi there, Kathleen! Welcome to planDisney. Having tickets is the perfect beginning to any visit to the parks. Of course, making sure we have those reservations secured will ensure that we’re ready to go for our visit. I’d love to walk you through the process now that you have your tickets.
Since you already have your tickets, you’ll want to open the
Disneyland app. If you’re doing this on a desktop, you’ll want to head over to
My Reservations. Once you’re in the app, go ahead and tap the (≡) in the bottom right corner. You’ll want to scroll down until you see the section, “Plan My Next Visit,” and then tap “Park Reservations.” From there, you’ll want to tap “Guest with Tickets or Magic Key Passes.” This will prompt you to link a ticket or Magic Key pass. You’ll want to have the ticket ID handy to input so that it’s linked to your My Disney account. This ticket ID can be found in the email with your tickets attached. Once you have your ticket linked, you’ll be able to proceed with selecting the date or dates of your choosing for your visit.
