Currently, the Disneyland Resort still requires that Guests make a
theme park reservation to enter the theme parks. Paper tickets are not enough to gain entry. However, there is no need to worry! I’ll be happy to guide you on how to make a reservation.
The easiest way to accomplish this is by using the Disneyland
mobile app. Before you can make a reservation, you must connect your
theme park tickets to your MyDisney account. Here’s how:
- Tap the (≡) icon in the bottom right corner.
- Tap “My Tickets & Passes.”
- Tap the (+) icon in the top right corner.
- Tap “Link Tickets & Passes” to add each ticket to your account.
- Add your tickets by either using the camera to scan your ticket’s barcode or typing in the ticket ID.
Now that your tickets are loaded, you’re ready to make a theme park reservation! Here’s how:
- Tap the (≡) icon to return to the main menu.
- Scroll down to the Plan My Next Visit section, then tap “Park Reservations.”
- Tap “Make or Modify Park Reservations.”
From here, you will access the theme park reservation system. Next, you will create your party, where you will select each of the tickets you added to your account. Then, you will select the day and theme park you will start your day with. Lastly, you will review the reservation, confirm, and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo — you’re ready for your visit!
