Ahoy there, Rachel! Your magical vacation on Disney Cruise Line is quickly approaching on the horizon. I hope you and your family are getting excited.
Motorcoaches, or buses, are used to
transport Guests from the
Walt Disney World Resort to
Port Canaveral, Florida. Neither a car seat nor a booster seat is needed because the motorcoaches meet all state and federal regulations for transporting children. If you have an infant, he or she must be held in your lap during the ride. If you need to bring your car and booster seats for other vacation plans, they will be stored under the motorcoach with the luggage. You can place the seats under the bed or in the closet on the ship, depending on the size.
Rachel, as you are making last minute preparations, don't forget to place the
travel documentation for all family members in your carry-on bag and not your checked luggage. You will need to present it at the port, and once your luggage makes its way onto the motorcoach, you will not see it again until it appears in front of your stateroom door later in the day.
If you have any other questions, sail back to
planDisney before you sail away. We are here to help you plan your next Disney vacation.
Bon Voyage!
