Lightning Lane Multi Passes are purchased on a per-day and park basis, so you will need to make a separate purchase for each day that you would like to utilize them. I understand you might be worried about getting the times you would like. I’ve always had great success getting the times I want by waking up early and being ready to purchase at 7 AM EST on the day my booking window opens. If you do not get your preferred time, keep checking the
My Disney Experience app, as you can frequently find a different time as people change their schedules.
Since you will be staying at a Walt Disney World Collection Hotel, you will be able to enjoy the added benefit of water park admission on check-in day. Since you can visit the water park before your resort room is ready, consider packing a small day bag with your water park gear. The water parks have changing areas with showers, so you can change there. Along with your swimwear, I would be sure to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, flip-flops/water shoes, and a change of clothes.
