Based on your arrival date of May 31, your
Lightning Lane Pass purchase window should have opened at 7 am EST on May 24- assuming you're staying at
one of these eligible resorts and have successfully
linked your reservation details to your profile.
I just took a quick look at the availability for the next few days and was able to get through all the selection screens without issue. If you've already confirmed that your resort reservation appears under "My Plans" in your
My Disney Experience app, and your tickets also appear (and you've secured
theme park reservations, if required), then a technical issue could be causing the trouble.
I recommend heading to your phone's app store to see if an update is available for installation. If that still doesn't make the "Purchase" button on your app's homepage clickable and take you to a calendar screen to select your visit date, you'll need to call for some pixie-dusted assistance.
A Cast Member with the
App and MagicBand Support Team can review the details of your account and upcoming reservation to make sure everything is ready to move forward.
