Hi! I have a park hopper ticket and plan to park hop between AK and HS. Is it possible to pre purchase MultiPass for HS but start the day at AK without using MultiPass? Since AK closes earlier, we want to start there, but still want LL for HS.

    Hi Candace!

Thanks for coming back to visit us at planDisney!

I’m happy to report that…yes! You can purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass for the second park you’ll be visiting on your park day (pending availability). Just make sure you have a valid park hopper ticket linked to your account, and you choose Lightning Lane return times that will work with your itinerary for the day.

It’s also good to note that you can purchase up to two Lightning Lane Single Passes per day (again, pending availability), and those two attractions do not need to be at the same park since you have a park hopper ticket. So, if you’d like to try to snag a Lightning Lane Single Pass for Flight of Passage at Animal Kingdom in the morning and Rise of the Resistance at Hollywood Studios in the afternoon, you can do that!

There are so many exciting things going on at Disney World this summer, and Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios are no exception! Over at Animal Kingdom, Bluey and Bingo have arrived! You can currently visit them by joining a Virtual Queue. And at Hollywood Studios, the new Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring the Muppets and Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live have opened. Plus, Smugglers Run has a brand new mission.

I hope you have the best trip ever this summer! If you have any other questions as you continue to plan, we’re always happy to help.
