We are staying offsite very close to Disney springs. If we get a ride share or hotel shuttle to Disney springs, can we get a bus to any of the 4 main parks?

    Hi Jennifer,

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question about transportation around the Walt Disney World resort.

Currently, buses do not operate between the four theme parks and Disney Springs. Disney bus transportation to and from the shopping, dining and entertainment district serves hotels in the Disney Resorts Collection

Also, as of June 28, 2026, a new policy restricts access to buses leaving Disney Springs to guests who are staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel and those who have reservations for dining or an experience at one of the Disney resorts. (Policies are subject to change.)

If you don't have a car, your best transportation option from an offsite hotel to the theme parks and Disney Springs would be a hotel shuttle or a rideshare. I recommend checking with your hotel in advance to see how often the shuttles run, how many stops they make along the way and if there is a fee. My experience is that a rideshare is usually more efficient and often is relatively inexpensive, especially if you consider the time savings.

The first time my family used an offsite hotel shuttle, we were surprised that it didn't take us directly to Epcot. It stopped at other hotels and theme parks first and took much longer than we expected, even though our hotel in the Bonnet Creek area was 10 minutes away by car.

Offsite hotel shuttles usually run at specific times as well. So you may find it most convenient to take a shuttle in the morning and then a rideshare for the evening return. That way, you can continue your fun as long as you like without the stress of getting to the shuttle stop at a specific pickup time.

I hope that's helpful, Jennifer. Please let us know if you have other questions as your Walt Disney World vacation nears.

    Enjoy,

    Wilma
