I will be staying at Disney’s Riviera Resort in July and would like to know if you supply pack n plays for my toddler to sleep in? Thank you!

    Royal Greetings, Kalie!

Welcome Home and welcome to planDisney.  How exciting that you are dreaming about your upcoming family stay at Disney's Riviera Resort.  As someone who has been to Europe many times, I love the Riviera Resort because the artistic decor and flavors of the restaurants at this Resort transport me to a whole new world - and some of my favorite countries. It's like a tale as old as time to stay in this European-style Resort, reminiscent of the ornate designs, artistry, and architecture of the settings of some of our beloved Disney fairy tales.

Speaking of fairy tale dreams, Disney Resorts provide - or can provide - a complimentary pack 'n' play for your room.  In my experience, the pack 'n' plays and a clean pack 'n' play sheet is usually found in one of the closets, especially in the Disney Vacation Club Resort rooms. You can put a request on your reservation to make sure one is there waiting for you. But, if you arrive and do not find one already in your room, you can call Mousekeeping - or place an order through the "Hey Disney" device in your room - to request it.  While they are subject to availability, usually they have plenty.  I am a mom of twins so we often had to request a second pack 'n' play for my Mouseketeers and we never had a problem getting one.

Kalie, if you prefer a crib to a pack 'n' play, Disney does have these in limited quantities upon request. You can put in a request before you arrive on your reservation through Guest Services and again when you check in at the hotel.  They are subject to availability, but Cast Members do their best to accommodate this request.

If you haven't yet seen the "Hey Disney" device, I recommend checking it out in your room when you arrive! It is a fun little device that is like your own personal Mirror to request anything you need for your room, such as extra towels, coffee and tea, blankets and pillows, and more. You can ask it to tell you the weather or opening times of the parks, Disney trivia, jokes or anything about your stay.  If you want a real treat, you can have it set to wake your family up with a message from Mickey Mouse and pals! All you have to do is say "Hey Disney!"

One final tip for you Kalie. If you need a high chair for your room, you may find one in your closet as well. But if you don't, you can request one for your room (subject to availability) by calling down to Mousekeeping or putting in a request through "Hey Disney!"

I hope you enjoy a magical stay. Remember, a dream is a wish your heart makes when you're fast asleep.  But if you keep on believing, the dream that you wish will come true!

    Magically Yours,
    Keri
