We are currently staying at copper creek and the mattress is quite tired so feels very hard and uncomfortable, will the front desk be able to do anything about it, I don’t want to trouble them unnecessarily

Hi there, Helen - thanks so much for stopping by planDisney! I'm sorry you're having a less-than-magical sleep during your stay at Walt Disney World Resort. Since you're currently on site, I'll keep my answer brief to direct you to some sources of assistance.

A good night's sleep is a necessity anytime you are visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth - you need to have plenty of energy for long days in the theme parks!  I assure you that the Cast Members at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins will want to know how they can make your stay more comfortable. They may have a mattress topper available for your room, or another solution to assist with your situation. You can call the Front Desk directly from your room or stop by in person to chat with a Cast Member. While nothing is guaranteed, the Cast Members will do their best to make some magic for you so that the rest of your stay is nothing but sweet dreams!

Helen, I hope this information is helpful and that you have a wonderful vacation. Please stop by planDisney anytime if we can help with additional questions.

    Stay Magical!
