When staying at a club level room, do you have to pay for the food, above the intial cost of the room?

Hi Amy! Welcome to planDisney. Staying Club Level at a Disneyland Resort Hotel can add some extra comfort and convenience to your vacation, so I’d be happy to explain what’s included!

One of the biggest perks of booking a Club Level room is access to the hotel’s exclusive Concierge Lounge. Throughout the day, these lounges offer complimentary continental breakfast, snacks, desserts, and select beverages, including alcoholic beverages during designated evening service hours. These offerings are included in the cost of your Club Level stay, so there is no additional charge for the lounge food and drinks during your visit.

Each Disneyland Resort Hotel lounge also has its own unique atmosphere and theming that matches the style of the hotel itself. At the Disneyland Hotel, Club Level guests can enjoy the High Key Club, a stylish lounge filled with nostalgic Disneyland touches, beautiful artwork, and fantastic views. One of my favorite perks there is watching the Disneyland fireworks from the lounge while the music plays throughout the space. It’s such a relaxing way to end the evening, especially knowing your room is only a short walk away afterward.

Over at Pixar Place Hotel, the Creator’s Club carries the same fun Pixar energy found throughout the hotel. Club Level guests may also enjoy special experiences like culinary demonstrations on select days. If you choose one of the pool-deck-access rooms, you’ll have especially convenient access to the rooftop pool area, which also offers excellent fireworks views with synchronized music.

Meanwhile, Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa features The Veranda, an elegant lounge inspired by the hotel’s Craftsman design. Along with its relaxing balcony seating, this lounge also offers afternoon tea service in addition to the standard food and beverage offerings throughout the day. The Grand Californian is also continuing work on an expanded two-story concierge lounge space inspired by California’s giant sequoias, which sounds like an exciting future addition for Club Level guests.

Amy, I hope this helps you feel more prepared as you decide whether Club Level is the right fit for your Disneyland Resort stay. Between the included food offerings, relaxing lounge spaces, and special fireworks viewing opportunities, it can be a wonderful way to add a little extra comfort to your vacation.
