I love that you're considering being part of a runner's ChEAR squad! It is an awesome thing to have supporters out there encouraging you throughout the race. I know before the races ceased a few years back there were special packages for spectators. I'm so glad Disneyland Resort races started again, however, at this time, there is nothing specific for spectators to register for at the
Disneyland Resort, outside of being able to check out the
runDisney race expo. I recommend checking out the
race guide specific to each event as the race gets closer.
Spectators can cheer on runners throughout the race, many gather between the parks in the esplanade or at the start and finish lines. When my family came to cheer me on recently, it was great to see their smiling faces halfway through the race! You can make signs for your racer, too! Makes it easy for them to spot you in the crowd. Bundle up, though, because the crisp early morning weather can be a doozy! Encourage your racers to listen to the
planDisney podcast on
