    Is there somewhere I can find a list of the equipment in the gym at the Grand Floridian?

    Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question! I'm excited to see you have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation in...*wow* - just a few days!! I'm sure you're busy packing and getting ready for your magical getaway!

    Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa offers guests luxurious and enchanting accommodations, located very close to Magic Kingdom Park, making it convenient for guests who want easy access to the iconic theme park. Some rooms even offer views of Cinderella Castle! Guests can take advantage of the resort's amenities, including pools, a spa, fitness center, and recreational activities. There are also marina rentals, allowing guests to enjoy water sports on the Seven Seas Lagoon.

    The Grand Floridian Health Club features a wide range of fitness equipment to cater to guests' workout needs: 

    - Free Weights
    - Weight Machines (the last time I visited they had Precor machines - Chest/Shoulder Press, - - Leg Extension, Leg Press)
    - Cardio Equipment (Stationary/Recumbent Bikes, Treadmills, Elliptical Machines)

    You'll also have access to a restroom, fresh towels, a water fountain, and a water bottle filling station. 

    Go ahead and toss your workout clothes in your suitcase - there's an awesome fitness center waiting for you at the Grand Floridian!
