Cast Members are truly the magic that powers Disney Destinations, and I always try to recognize those who make a special impact on my family's experiences. Jocelyn, I'm happy to inform you that Guests can quickly and easily share positive Cast Member feedback using the
Cast Compliment feature in the
My Disney Experience mobile app! By submitting a Cast Compliment in this manner, the leader of the individual you interacted with at
California Grill will be notified of the feedback and the Cast Member will then be recognized. I'm sure your Cast Compliment will help this special person feel celebrated and valued, so let's discuss how to make the magic happen:
- Open and log into the My Disney Experience mobile app.
- Tap the "☰" icon and scroll down to the bottom of the screen. Select "Cast Compliment."
- Enter the reason you're recognizing the Cast Member and the location where you experienced the interaction.
- Enter as much detail as you can recall about your interaction, including the first name and hometown of the Cast Member as listed on their name tag, as well as the date of your interaction.
Once you've entered these details, tap "Submit." Then, your Cast Compliment is officially on its way to making someone smile!
