Hiya, Erin, and welcome to planDisney! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is ready to begin, so I hope you're packed and ready for some magic. Let's look at how theme park reservations work to make sure you can squeeze every ounce of pixie dust during your visit.
While I can't see the type of admission you have, it sounds like your tickets are
linked correctly to your My Disney Experience account. If you can see your 2-day ticket in your mobile app or online, then it's ready for use!
You can use a linked MagicBand or
Disney MagicMobile service on your phone to access your tickets and enter the theme park. You can also stop by any
Guest Relations location to request a Key to the World card as your ticket. Now, let's see if you need those theme park reservations.
If you chose a start date when you purchased your tickets, then they are date-based and
do not need theme park reservations. You can show up at the park of your choice for a day of merriment! But if your tickets don't have a specific use window, such as some military tickets and annual passes, you'll need to select the theme park and make a reservation.
A final scenario is that you have a non-date-based ticket, but the dates have been deemed "good-to-go days." These are times when the theme parks aren't expected to be as crowded, so reservations have been waived.
A glance at the
reservation calendar shows that several days this month are circled, which indicates they are good to go. If that's the case for your trip, then no reservations are needed!
Feel free to call the
Tickets and Hotel Reservations line if you think you're getting the message in error. Cast Members can access your account to make sure your admission is linked and ready for use. I'm waving my wand to ensure all is in order for your trip!
I hope you have a chance to swing by the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival while you're here. Did you know there's sometimes a free Uncrustables giveaway on select days during the festival? I wouldn't say that's the main reason I'm heading to EPCOT later this week, but it's not NOT the reason!
Erin, I hope I've steered you toward solving your ticket issues. Please stop by
planDisney again, and have an amazing time!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
