If you have made a reservation at Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you likely received an email with your confirmation details. In that email, you will find your confirmation number. Once you’ve located that number, visit
My Disney Experience, which will be your central planning location for your vacation. In My Disney Experience, you can use your confirmation number to add your hotel reservation to your account. After you’ve logged in, just hover over “My Disney Experience” on the far right. Then click “My Tickets and Plans.” Now hover over “Resort Hotel” and click “Link a Reservation.” You’ll just need to provide your confirmation number and the last name on the reservation. From there, you will be able to see the details for your reservation and make changes, if necessary. If you have any difficulty, you can also
call to speak with a friendly Cast Member who can assist you.
My Disney Experience is also where you can make
dining reservations 60 days in advance, as well as make
Theme Park Reservations should your ticket type require them (date-based tickets do not require theme park reservations). You can also link to Family and Friends to share vacation plans. Before you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, be sure to download the
