Welcome back to planDisney Christina! Your trip countdown is on, how exciting that you'll be visiting so soon!
Stroller wagons and wagons are not permitted for use at the Disneyland Resort, as well as strollers that are larger than 31" (79 cm) x 52" (132 cm). However, there can be an exception if the stroller wagon qualifies as a "Stroller as a Wheelchair" for Guests with disabilities who need to use their stroller as a mobility device instead of a traditional wheelchair, there is a need to transport additional medical equipment, or an adult who uses a stroller as a mobility device to assist with walking.
Upon arrival, you will need to connect with Security or Guest Relations to speak with a Cast Member on your specific case. Since each request is approved on a case by case basis, I highly recommend that you also have a backup plan since it is not guaranteed that you will be able to use your stroller wagon. You could bring a stroller that fits within the
Disneyland Resort guidelines or explore
stroller rental options.
If your stroller wagon is permitted for use as a wheelchair, the Cast Member will confirm if verification is needed each day of your visit, or if your "Stroller as a Wheelchair" tag is issued for the length of your trip. My final recommendation is that you may want to reach out to
Disability Services prior to your trip for any suggestions or guidance for your family in preparation for your visit.
I hope you and your family are able to enjoy all of the magic and wonder of the
Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration during your visit! I can't wait to enjoy the Paint the Night parade again during my next trip, it's one of my favorite parades.
Don't hesitate to
follow-up with me directly Christina if I can help with any other questions. I'm wishing you and your family the most wonderful vacation!
Have a magical day!
Melissa
