Hello and welcome to planDisney, Cheryl Ann. It sounds like you're putting plans together for a magical visit to the Disneyland Resort. So let's hop to it and get to your question.

As Walt said in his opening day speech, "To all who come to this happy place: Welcome. Disneyland is your land." Inclusivity and accessibility are a couple of the many things that I love about Disneyland. I chatted with a friendly Cast Member about your inquiry and they shared that any questions related to Disability Access Service (DAS) should be directed to the DAS team via the Disneyland app to receive the most up-to-date policy information.

You can also request a live video chat from the Disneyland website to begin the eligibility process ahead of your visit. Live chat is available between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Pacific Time. The Guest requesting DAS (either for themself or for someone else) must be 18 years of age or older to register, and the Guest for whom the DAS pass is for must also be present during the video chat. Log into your MyDisney account before your video chat and make sure that everyone's ticket has been linked to your account. The Cast Member will walk you through the process and can answer if you are able to have more than one DAS pass linked to your MyDisney account for your visit.

If you haven't already, be sure to check out the Services for Guests with Disabilities on the Disneyland website. Something that my husband and I find extremely helpful for our visits is knowing where all of the Companion Restrooms are located in the parks. You can also quickly locate them in the Disneyland app by navigating to the map and then tapping "Restrooms" from the top menu bar. If you tap on "Show List" in the lower right corner, you'll see a list where Companion Restrooms are denoted.

It's a wonderful time to visit Disneyland. I just returned from a visit, as a matter of fact. The weather was practically perfect and the parks were popping with colors from all of the beautiful blooming flowers. And the Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration is still in full swing. My favorite part of the festivities has been the return of the Paint the Night parade. So much fun, you don't want to miss it.

Well, Cheryl Ann, I hope that the information I shared is helpful and gets you one step closer to your magical visit. Let us know if there's anything else that we can help with along the way. Until then, here's wishing you a most magical visit filled with unforgettable memories at the Happiest Place on Earth! You've got a friend in planDisney.
