Hello Skylar,
Thank you for reaching out to planDisney! I'm glad you're planning to celebrate at
EPCOT, one of my favorite parks, especially for its incredible festivals.
To purchase alcoholic beverages at
Walt Disney World Resort, including EPCOT, you will need to present a valid government-issued photo ID that shows you are of legal drinking age. Unfortunately, temporary paper IDs are typically not accepted as they usually do not include a photo and can be easily altered.
Alcoholic beverages can be purchased at Walt Disney World Resort by all Guests 21 years of age or older. Any Guest who wishes to purchase an alcoholic beverage must present one of the following
valid forms of identification: a U.S. state driver’s license (including U.S. territories), U.S. state ID (including U.S. territories), U.S. military ID, original passport, or a copy of a passport (either on paper or captured on a mobile device), along with a government-issued photo ID that can verify the person and birth date shown on the copy. Canadian Guests may also use a NEXUS card issued by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol. Guests visiting from outside of the United States are required to present both a valid passport and another form of government-issued photo ID from their country of origin.
For all questions concerning identification requirements, you can call (407) 939-5277. Please keep in mind that Walt Disney World Resort reserves the right to refuse the sale and/or service of alcoholic beverages to anyone, and the alcohol policy is subject to change without notice.
Since you arrive in two days, you'll be just in time to enjoy the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. Be sure to explore all the unique food and drink offerings available during the event.
I hope you have an amazing time at EPCOT! If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.
Best wishes,
~Yael
