My Disney Experience Mobile App, but you are correct that this doesn't allow additional space for details about your interaction. If you'd like to send a more specific note, you can always send an
email via the Help Center. On the form, you can select "Guest Services" as the category and "Comments on My Recent Visit" as the subcategory, then enter your note of appreciation in the text box below. When drafting your thank you note, please include information such as the date of your visit, time of your tour, and Cast Member name, so the compliment can reach the appropriate team!
