Hi Larraine!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
Disney Springs is home to some amazing restaurants, and I'm happy to "dish" about one of my favorite dining destinations at Walt Disney World Resort.
Larraine, I had the chance to enjoy the Gospel Brunch at
House of Blues Restaurant & Bar back in 2017, and it was quite an incredible experience. Not only was the food wonderful, but the entertainment was inspiring and unforgettable. Unfortunately, the Gospel Brunch has not been offered for several years, but House of Blues does still offer a delicious brunch menu on both Saturdays and Sundays. I'm getting hungry just reading about those Chicken 'n' Donuts! Another great choice for a Southern weekend brunch at Disney Springs is
Chef Art Smith's Homecomin'. You can't go wrong with the Church Lady Deviled Eggs for an appetizer here!
If you're looking for a dining experience that combines a wonderful meal with some fabulous entertainment, I'd recommend checking out
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. I had the chance to most recently enjoy this experience in December with a few of my friends, and it was truly a rootin', tootin' good time! The country favorites are served family-style, while the Pioneer Hall Players put on a truly enjoyable show. Don't be surprised if they even invite a few Guests to join them on stage! It's a wonderful option that the whole family can enjoy.
Wherever you choose to dine, don't forget that you can begin making
advanced dining reservations in your
My Disney Experience Mobile App or on the Walt Disney World Resort website
60 days ahead of your arrival. If you're staying at a hotel in the Disney Resorts Collection, you can make reservations for the entire length of your stay 60 days before your check-in date.
I hope this information has been helpful, Larraine, and that you enjoy your time at Walt Disney World! If you have any other questions, please stop by to see us again here at planDisney!
Cheers!
Kristi
