First things first, make sure the ticket is linked to your My Disney Experience account. You can do so by clicking the 3 lines in the bottom right corner of your
My Disney Experience app, then clicking My Tickets & Passes. There, you’ll see the ticket and its expiration date.
To put the ticket to use, these ticket types currently require park reservations. To make your park reservation, click the (+) button at the bottom of your My Disney Experience app, then click Make or Modify Park Reservations. Click Reserve next to the selection that matches your trip plans (whether or not you have a
resort reservation), then choose the ticket(s) you’d like to make the park reservation for and follow the prompts to choose your date and park.
It’s good to note that you’ll only need a park reservation for the very first park you plan to visit that day. After you scan into that park, you’ll be able to
hop to any other park, pending park capacity.
