Lightning Lane Multi Pass will streamline your visit and make it even more magical! Let's see if we can get you to the best place to help with your passes.
The quickest way to resolve your issue and assign theme park tickets and Multi Passes to a brand new account is to contact the
App and MagicBand Support line as soon as possible. Explain that your partner's account wasn't active at the time of purchase, so you'd like to assign the ticket and pass to her now. As long as another guest hasn't used the admission or passes, Cast Members should be able to help you over the phone. I'll wave my magic wand in hopes you can straighten it out before you arrive!
If you're on your way to Walt Disney World Resort, you can also ask for assistance at your Front Desk,
Guest Relations at any theme park, or at my favorite spot, the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. Those folks are like Fairy Godparents and will do all they can to help get you on your way to the fun.
My main tip for maximizing Lightning Lane Multi Passes is to
select your next attraction the minute everyone in your party has scanned into your current attraction. You'll have the best selection of rides and return times the sooner you choose. We designate one person in our party as the Lightning Lane pro, so we make sure they're linked to everyone in the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Once they've got a few bookings under their belt, it's an easy-peasy process!
