Hi Alexis!
Welcome to planDisney! I’m happy to help!
Some ticket types
no longer require theme park reservations, so there’s a chance you don’t actually need them! If you purchased a date-based ticket and chose a start date for your ticket, you will not need park reservations.
If you purchased any other ticket type, you may still need park reservations. You can check out the details of your ticket to see if you need them or not.
To be sure, you can attempt to
make park reservations online or by clicking the “+” button at the bottom of your
My Disney Experience app. Just make sure your park ticket is linked to your My Disney Experience account before doing so.
If reservations are required, it will give you the option to select your ticket and make park reservations. And if they’re not required, the ticket will be listed under an area that says, “No Reservations Required.”
If you find that you don’t need park reservations, you’ll be able to choose any of the 4 Disney World theme parks to visit on your park day as long as it’s not at capacity. If you have the hopper option on your ticket, you can visit more than one park on your park day (again, subject to capacity).
Hope that helps! We’ll see you real soon!
