Hi. I purchased a ticket for a friend on my account. We have a friend who is managing our account and I was able to share my linking code but not one for the additional ticket I purchased

Welcome to planDisney, Jen! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation starts NOW, so welcome to the magic! Let's get your ticket situation squared away so you and your pals can begin making memories.

What a thoughtful friend you are to take care of that theme park ticket purchase; you must be the group planner. We have that in common! I'm sorry you're having some technical issues getting those tickets and accounts linked, so I chatted with a helpful Cast Member who suggested you call the My Disney Experience line as soon as possible. They'll be able to see your accounts and determine how to get the tickets assigned correctly.

You might want to double-check that you've assigned the ticket to your friend's account correctly. On your mobile app, tap the "My Tickets & Passes" tile and scroll across the top to your friend's ticket. If it needs to be assigned, you'll see a "Reassign Ticket" icon under the ticket barcode. Select that and follow the prompts. If you're all together, you can also have your friend share their linking code with the account manager.

You can stop by any Guest Relations location if you're already on Walt Disney World property. When my family arrives, we typically head to Disney Springs to shop at World of Disney. That's how we ease into the Disney bubble! The Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs is a fabulous spot to sort out any ticket problems, so my tip is to head there. And Gideon's Bakehouse cookies are the perfect way to kick off your vacation!

Jen, I'm waving my magic wand so your visit will be practically perfect! Please stop by planDisney anytime.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
