My family member can’t link his pass to his Disney account. I already have it linked

Welcome to planDisney, Aimee! Unless this is an April Fool's joke, it looks like you'll arrive at Walt Disney World Resort today. You chose the perfect time to visit since spring is in the air. Let's do some troubleshooting to get your theme park tickets in order for your family.

It sounds like your family member's ticket is managed by your account, perhaps because you made the purchase. As long as that ticket hasn't been used, you should be able to assign it to him. Since you might be traveling today, you can try this on your mobile app.

On the Welcome screen in your app, tap the "My Tickets & Passes" tile. Swipe until you find his ticket and scroll down to the "Reassign Ticket" icon. On the next screen, you'll see a list of guests you share plans with. Select his name and follow the prompts.

If you still need help, I recommend you call the My Disney Experience line as soon as possible. They can look at your account and assign that ticket to the correct guest. You can also stop by Guest Relations outside any theme park entrance or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs; they should also be able to help.

During your visit, your family might enjoy stopping to smell the roses at the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. I can't wait to try the Avocado Toast at BRUNCHCOT and dance off my dinner at the Garden Rocks Concert Series. Feel free to let me know if you find any favorites!

Aimee, I'm sending showers of pixie dust so you'll clear up your technical difficulties and have a magical trip. Please stop by planDisney anytime.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
