Congratulations on the fantastic ticket offer you're going to enjoy in the coming months. The SoCal Special Ticket Offer is a great value to eligible Guests. Be sure you bring your government-issued ID when you come to the parks to prove your residence in one of the select ZIP Codes.
The reason you're not seeing availability is because you already have a
theme park reservation. When you purchased your
SoCal Special Ticket Offer, you were asked to select the number of tickets and then asked to select the dates you'd like to visit and your preferred park. Those were your theme park reservations! I hope that's good news.
To check your existing reservations, simply navigate to the Disneyland Resort website. Hover over "My Disneyland" on the top right side of the website. You should see "Ticket and Reservation Details." Click and scroll down to "Make or Modify Park Reservations." When you click on that button, you'll bring up a page that lists all your tickets and associated theme park reservations.
