I purchased passes for my wife and myself. Both passes show on my app. How do we get my wife's pass to show on the app on her phone?

    Hey Lee!

Welcome to planDisney! Welcome also to the Annual Passholder family! How exciting! I'm just like you in that just this week my husband and I become for the first time Annual Passholders as well!

The passes were purchased under the My Disney Experience account username that I had and since my husband was on my Family & Friends list, I could link his pass to him. I did this right at checkout, and it immediately showed up on his My Disney Experience App. Since this does not seem to be happening for you guys you may have to manually link it. Before you go on to the next step make sure to double-check that it's not already in the App under "Tickets and Passes." Sometimes a refresh is needed and make sure you swipe right as one pass shows up on the phone screen at a time. A clue more passes could exist is if you see a ticket and a "1 of 2" or something similar right under it. I have had friends not realize to swipe right so I wanted to make sure you tried that.

When the above is not working try the following. If your wife has a separate My Disney Experience account then she should make sure that you guys are linked on the Family & Friends list. Make sure that each of you is sharing "All My Plans" to make sure that you each see everything. Then, your wife can try to link the ticket to her account. Through the My Disney Experience app she can click on the three stacked lines on the bottom right, then select "Tickets and Passes" and then the plus (+) sign on the top right. It will slide open a window with an option on the right to "Link Tickets & Passes." If you got an email after your purchase from "Walt Disney World Reservations" please open it up as it is your receipt. It will show your purchase and a Ticket Confirmation Number. In the app you will select "Type ID" and the first option is for you to enter "Admission Media." It is here that you will time in the Ticket Confirmation Number. Then click "Link Media." That should do it.

If for some reason the above does not work please reach out to a friendly Cast Member on the Annual Passholders line.

One of the reasons I became an Annual Passholder was for all the special discounts and offerings that were available. As I am a Disney merch-obsessed fan I love all the discounts at many of the shops in the Parks and in Disney Springs! I hope you use every benefit to the fullest!

Let me know if you have any questions!

    Happy Planning!
