What do I need to proof my Florida residency if I don’t have a driver’s license or a Florida Identification

    Hey Lovisa!

Welcome to planDisney! I wonder if you are trying to buy a Walt Disney World Resort ticket or annual pass. That would be so exciting as it means you are going to have a very magical and fun time very soon!

There are few ways to prove Florida residency that is accepted by Walt Disney World. If you do not have a valid Florida driver's license or some other Florida state-issued ID showing a Florida address you can show the following:

    • A valid government-issued picture ID such as a passport, driver's license, or state ID card ALONG WITH
    • Monthly mortgage statement from within the last two months OR
    • A bill such as a homeowner or car insurance policy, or utility bill that shows a Florida address that is less than 2 months old OR
    • Mail from a financial institution or government agency that is less than 2 months old.
Digital printouts of the statements and bills are fine.

When purchasing a Florida resident specific ticket without a Florida drivers license you will have to show your proof with ID at the ticket booth or at Guest Relations before you can enter the Parks for the first time. A top tip that planDisney panelists love to share is to do this at Guest Relations at Disney Springs the day before your Park day so that you can enter the Parks with no delay.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any more questions!

My husband and I work very hard to journey to our favorite place on Earth, Walt Disney World Resort, as much as we can. We have traveled as just adults, with babies, kids, teenagers, and senior citizens. We have seen so many characters, eaten at amazing places, and consumed a ton of Dole Whips. So "give a little whistle" and let me be your guide! Learn More About Nimmy
