Since you're visiting next week, you’re in for a real treat at the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival! The entire park is blooming with color, character topiaries are everywhere (Kermit on a bike? Yes, please!), and the outdoor kitchens are absolutely delicious. One of my favorite stops is
Jardin de Fiestas over in the Mexico Pavilion. The “Giant” Tostada de Carne is just as big on flavor as it is in size, and the Elderflower-Cucumber Margarita is like springtime in a glass.
