Hello Hyunjung! Thanks for hopping on board our planDisney railroad with your question today. It sounds like, before long, you'll be making your way to The Most Magical Place on Earth, and I couldn't be happier! So "All Aboard!" Let's move full steam ahead on the
Walt Disney World Railroad and help you with your question.
I am happy to inform you that theme park reservations are no longer required for all date-based tickets! You heard that right! For these tickets, that train has left the station! I would encourage you to double-check your tickets, but it seems you've already done that since you mentioned receiving a message stating that a reservation is not needed. I'm including the link
HERE just to ease your mind. However, the only tickets still requiring a theme park reservation are student group tickets, Disney Military Salute tickets, sport and convention tickets, Annual Passes, and Florida Resident Discover Disney tickets.
Hyunjung, before I lose my train of thought, let me share another piece of good news! It looks like you'll be pulling into the station at Walt Disney World just in time for the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. YAY! This is one of my favorite festivals because not only is EPCOT adorned with blooming floral beauty, but the outdoor kitchens offer some of the freshest and most delicious foods of all the festivals! (at least, in my opinion.) I hope you can visit while you're in town.
I hope all of this helps you in planning your upcoming trip. We love helping fellow Guests, so please
stop by as often as you like. We have a one-track mind for helping you experience the magic.
Happy Planning,
Shonette
