Disneyland Resort. I’m so glad to hear you were able to purchase passes for yourself and your mom when sales resumed this week! I hope you’re both looking forward to enjoying a year full of theme park adventures.
Magic Key passes are nonrefundable and no credits or refunds can be given, so you unfortunately are not able to revert to a monthly payment plan after completing a transaction for the full purchase price. Please feel free to reach out to the Magic Key Membership Services line at (714) 781-7277 to speak with a friendly Cast Member who can explain in more detail if you have additional questions about this policy.
In the future, if you’d like to purchase a pass using the monthly payment plan option, be sure to follow the tips that are outlined in the
Magic Key Buying Guide. Your stored MyDisney account address must be a California address in order to view any monthly payment options. It helps to add and save a preferred credit card for payment in your MyDisney account. Also, be sure that the credit card you’re using has a California billing address if you plan to set up a monthly payment plan. You will need to sign in to your MyDisney account before visiting the Magic Key page and adding a Magic Key to your cart for the monthly payment option to appear.
