It sounds like you’re in need of some assistance with updating your payment method on what I assume is your
Magic Key pass contract. As California residents, we can take advantage of monthly payments for our passes, which is great!
I love that you’re utilizing planDisney’s website, but we aren’t connected to the Magic Key pass system and cannot accept payments. However, I can share my experience of making a payment method switch after changing banks last year. At this time, payment methods tied to Magic Key passes cannot be changed online and only via phone call with a cast member at the
Magic Key hotline or in person at a ticket booth in the Esplanade.
It’s pretty straightforward and a friendly cast member can assist you with making the switch. On the phone, you will have to verify yourself and they will ask if you want to change the recurring payment method or make a one-time payment. If you need to make a payment with a gift card, that will need to be done in person, changes over the phone can only be via debit or credit card.
