Hello, Shannon!
Thanks for stopping by
planDisney with your question about Magic Key passes at the
Disneyland Resort. I’m happy to hear you’ve purchased a pass so you can enjoy a year full of theme park visits and magic memories at The Happiest Place on Earth!
Each
Magic Key is assigned to one person for their exclusive use. For example, if you have an Inspire Key or Believe Key, you can use it to make and hold up to six theme park reservations (meaning six different available dates) at any given time for yourself. If you want to visit a theme park with a group of six family members or friends, they will all need their own valid Magic Key pass or
theme park ticket as well as a
theme park reservation for that day.
As you may already know, Magic Key holders who use their pass to book a theme park reservation have until 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the day before the reservation to cancel if they are unable to visit after all. If they don’t scan into a theme park on the day that was planned or do not cancel within the allotted time frame, that counts as a no-show. Magic Key holders who are no-shows for three reservations within any 90-day window will be unable to make new theme park reservations or modify existing ones for 30 days, so be sure to adjust your reservations online in advance if you have a change of plans.
I hope this information helps, Shannon, but if you have any other questions or need more clarification on the Magic Key theme park reservation policies, please
write back. Also, be sure to check out the
discounts and perks available to Magic Key holders so you can make the most of your pixie-dusted year!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
