Hi I have purchased a mickeys Halloween party ticket and I have read that they let you in from 4 . What happens if your in the magic Kingdom that day do you have to come back out and queue or can you stay in the park Alison

Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!

I was in exactly your same shoes last year when I attended Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. I was enjoying a full day at the Magic Kingdom, taking in the Halloween decor and taking in some attractions. As the afternoon went on, I was excitedly anticipating the spooky transformation into all that spooky nighttime fun!

The great news is that if you are already in the Magic Kingdom during the day and also attend Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, you do not have to leave and re-enter the park. There are stations around the park where you can quickly get your party wristband without leaving the magic. When I was at the party last year, I found a station as I entered Tomorrowland coming from the park's main hub by Cinderella Castle. It was on the left as I entered Tomorrowland, but I know that there are typically several of these stations. Cast members should have no problem directing you to the nearest one.

Because you will already be in the park, I would highly recommend you go to one of these stations in the park in the early afternoon, even before 4 pm time when guests can start to enter the park with their party tickets. Lines for these stations are filled by others in your same shoes, including park hoppers, and can start to grow as that magical hour approaches. The last thing you want to do is start your spooky evening off by waiting in line just go get your wristband.

    BONUS TIP #1
At these sign-in stations, you will also get an event map, and your treat bag!

    BONUS TIP #2
Check out the Disney Parks Blog for more on some of the fun that is in store for you at the Halloween Party. They even have a post with some great costume planning tips from the planDisney crew.

    BONUS TIP #3
Many Halloween Party guests love their costumes but forget that they are in Orlando at a time when it is warmer than the Fall temperatures they may enjoy back home. Choose a costume that gives you and your family some layers that can be removed if the heat and humidity rise more than expected.

Please feel free to write me back directly if you have any follow-up questions.

    Have a Magical Vacation!
