It is always a thrill when you unexpectedly find a $20 bill in a jacket pocket that you had not worn in a while, right? Discovering an unexpired
Disney ticket can provide the same kind of thrill!
But is your ticket still valid? That is a good question!
Most of the tickets sold in recent years do not offer a no-expiration option, so if it had been a fairly recent ticket, I would tell you that it would likely no longer be valid. For the most part,
Disney has not offered the No Expiration Option since around 2004. What most tickets do now is give you a specific number of days to redeem them. For instance, with a 4-day theme park ticket package you have 7 days to use all your theme park entries. After that, the tickets are no longer valid.
But if the ticket is from 2000, perhaps you do have a ticket with residual value!

let's dig a little deeper! Your best, end-all solution, is to call the Existing Tickets line. That phone number is
(407) 934-7639. As long as you can provide them with a ticket number, they can give you the final word on what is left on that ticket. They can also let you know how to transfer any remaining value to a usable medium. You should not simply walk up to the park turnstiles with that ticket to try to use it.
