Hello there Dean,
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question today, and I'd be happy to help you with downloading those magical memories you've captured from your Disney World vacation. There are a couple of places and
ways to download PhotoPass photos, so I'll describe both in hopes that one works for you.
First, it sounds like you have your photos correctly linked to your My Disney account, and can see them... so that's awesome! Next, also make sure your
Memory Maker purchase has been linked to your My Disney account.
Once that is in place, you can either:
- Download from the My Disney Experience app and save directly to your phone, which is a nice option! From the home screen, select the "≡" symbol in the lower right, then select "Photos". You should be able to click on a photo and select "Save". It will prompt you and ask for your preferred download size.
- Go to the Disney PhotoPass website and view your gallery. This option is nice, because it allows you to download multiple images at once. After logging in with your Disney account, you can find the download option under "View Media".
And if you still can't seem to download your Disney PhotoPass photos, Dean... feel free to reach out to a friendly
PhotoPass Cast Member, and they can assist you. As a reminder, photos expire after 45 days so be sure to follow up soon.
I can appreciate that these photos capturing precious memories of your Disney vacation are quite valuable to you! I feel the same way when looking at past PhotoPass photos from my family's trips, it brings me so much joy. I'm certain you'll be able to download and save your favorite photographs... even if it requires a little pixie-dusted help! Please visit us again at planDisney if we can provide any additional guidance.
Have a magical day,
Tami
