Hey, Astra! Welcome to planDisney.
Purchasing the
Memory Maker was a great idea. We did this on our last Walt Disney World trip and we captured some magical memories. My children love finding the Magic Shots around the theme parks.
Astra, you'll be pleased to know that whenever anyone on your Friends & Family list links a
Disney PhotoPass photo (either from a Disney PhotoPass photographer or an attraction) to their My Disney Experience account, you will be able to download it as part of your Memory Maker package. Just note that if you were the person who purchased the Memory Maker, only you will be able to download the photos. Whenever anyone else in your group views the pictures in their
My Disney Experience mobile app, they will see a watermark. However, once you download them to your device, you can easily add them to a shared folder or send them to whoever you please.
Just make sure that you download them before they expire! Once you activate Memory Maker, your Disney PhotoPass media will expire after 45 days and can no longer be downloaded after that time.
I hope that's helpful, Astra! Thanks for stopping by planDisney.
