I’m sorry you are having trouble linking
Memory Maker to your My Disney Experience account and would be happy to point you in the right direction. First, log in to your My Disney Experience account online. Make sure you have the confirmation number for your Memory Maker purchase handy, then visit the “
Link Your Reservations and Purchases” webpage. Select “Memory Maker” from the options that appear and follow the remaining steps to link it to your account. If you still have issues linking
Memory Maker to your account, I suggest giving the helpful Cast Members at the
Technical and Website Support phone line a ring. They’ll be able to assist you further.
Once Memory Maker is linked, make sure you review
how to link your Disney PhotoPass photos to your account. You’ll also want to ensure that all members of your traveling party are listed in your Family & Friends list and have updated their sharing settings to allow you to view their
Disney PhotoPass photos. You'll then be able to view and download their photos from your holiday.
